Shipping policy
We make sure to process your order as quickly as possible. Order will arrive at the delivery address within two weeks of working days depending on the city and pin code. However, for products that are made to order, as mentioned on the product page, it will be dispatched after 7-8 weeks. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the least time possible, we ship solely through reputed courier partners.
Public holidays are as applicable in India.
CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND RETURN:
* We can accommodate an order cancellation request only in cases where the product(s) has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please raise the request by:

Our products are handmade, one piece at a time, and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent part of the manufacturing process.
Due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, we do not permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the product.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery must be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days, else rawhand.in will not be liable to accept the product.
To issue a replacement, you may contact us by:
